What do I do with the “Customer Receipt” of a UPS shipping label?
What do I do with the “Customer Receipt” of a UPS shipping label?
I’m shipping out my XBOX for repairs, and Microsoft sent me a shipping label for UPS. It is two separate labels printed on one piece of paper. The top one is to ship out to Microsoft, while the bottom reads “CUSTOMER RECEIPT” with my address and a barcode, as well as a return address to the repair facility.
Does this go in the box, or on it? According to Microsoft, they will be using a different box to ship it back, so putting it on the box doesn’t make sense, and Microsoft never mentioned putting this return label inside the box.
It seems really confusing to me, and I want to make sure I do everything to a T exact to ensure there’s no question about what it’s doing at their facility or who to return it to. Thanks in advance
