what is next to the ram sticks on an alienware m5700 series? HELP!?

I own a pawn shop and lended a m5700 series to a customer, well within 24 hours they returned it and said they just found a better deal so i gave them their money back and they gave me the laptop, well when i booted it up an hour later i get “disk read error press cntrl alt del” AND the screen goes balistic.
I opened the motherboard and noticed that one stick of ra was gone and one other thing that i have no idea what it is, it is located right below the ram and it has to wires connecting to it, on any picture on google it has a big white sticker on it with two barcodes, can you please help me so i can get it back!!

    That was likely the Wireless module. Those two wires were to the antenna that runs along the outer perimeter of the laptop.

    I know I am stating the obvious, but why did you give the money back before checking the computer?
