What is the best software for designing cd labels?

I want to distribute an informational cd at a meeting, and want it to look professional. I’ve searched for various softwares to design labels, but they have been really lame and limited in terms of letting me get creative. Does anyone have any suggestions? I want to print the label directly on the cd. I am purchasing the printer. I just need the best way to design something really nice to actually start printing!

    Roxio 10 has some cool designs. Hope this helps.
