If you put a couple drops of lighter fluid on them it removes the stickiness and you can rub them off.

A cleaning product called De-solv-it. I found it at Wal-mart on the cleaning aisle. Spray it on, let it sit for a minute, and the bar codes will peel right off. Also useful for getting crayon marks off walls.

All those sticky, petrolium based messes like the glue behind bar code stickers or even gum, are easily and non-toxically removed with a few drops of oil. Any oil will do; cooking oil, baby oil, butter, even peanut butter. It’s safe and easy and readily available. Try it before you try any of the other suggestions, you won’t need any them.

Warm it with a hair dryer and it easily peels off.

Turn your blow dryer onto warm and run it over the sticker for a few minutes. It will come right off. If it doesn’t turn the blow dryer back on and heat some more. If there is any left over residue just use some oil and wipe away. Hope this helps! Have a great day
