What is the process for tracking inventory in a large business?
We use a CMMS software, but it is ran poorly. Any tips on streamlining the process would be greatly appreciated. Specifically tips on inventory storage; pda usage with tracking inventory; barcode systems with tracking inventory; RFIDs with tracking inventory; personal experience with inventory.
