What kind of setup do I need to SCAN DOCUMENTS to pdf with barcode?
I would like to scan single-page documents to pdf. I would like a setup where I put barcode-stickers on the documents scan them quickly, and get out file-names based on the barcode and possible some configurable parameters like year.
What kind of setup, esp software, do i need (The barcode-recognition can of course happen in a second step)
reg #1: The point is that it should be quick, not many operations or waiting. Like :Put document, press “Scan”, Approve by pressing “OK”. (I would buy the scanner according to this)
Best answer:
I would use the scanning software for your scanner to scan the Document/Barcode. Next using Acrobat Pro the scan can be converted to a PDF File.
Information:
The following link provides a lot of guidance, concepts and specific details for scanning.
Link: scantips.com/
PDF.
Acrobat Pro

PDF Converter Pro – Cheaper Option than Acrobat Pro

I Hope this Helps!
Edit: Using Acrobat or PDF Converter Pro will allow you to scan directly into those packages.
