What program can we use to encode and decode 2d barcode?
We are currently having out school thesis, and our study is very much associated with 2d barcodes. Im just want to hear your opinion about where can I possibly get a program that can encode and decode 2d barcodes…. for free!! Please attach the link. Your response will be highly appreciated.

are you stupid? barcode is just a representation of numbers used by a computer to identify a product. the numbers are usually above or below the barcode it self
