what sight to use to look a similar dishwasher using the model number?

i took out the moter of a dishwasher and now i want to look up the name and brand of the dishwasher this moter came from. the moter has a sticker on it showing its part number, model number, and some thermal protection. i like to look up this dishwasher. i forgot what the one i got this from is called.
i want to go to a sight that will help rather go to an actual store.

    try going to different websites like http://www.whirlpool.com/ or any other brand and type the number in it and see if it comes up.
