What tool is best to use in a Point of Sale Program, to desplay the captured Items?

I am writing on a Point of Sale Program, Now i am not sure what control to use. A text box or itgrid box, or is there a better one to desplay the items codes and price of the Things the costumer wants to buy , can anyone help me?
