What type of print company do I need?

This question might be better listed somewhere else, but I don’t know which listing to use. OK, here is what i want done. I have some blank coin albums that the company doesn’t print for Canadian coins. I refuse to hand write or use stickers to label the coins. Where, or what type, of printing process would I need to print Ariel8 type fonts onto a page with 3″ holes and being about 1″ thick?

    I am not sure this can be done, or at least it would be very hard to do for anyone who is not a professional.

    The biggest problem that I see starts with the assumption that you are using a classic blue album, with a cardboard holder backed by paper. If that’s the case, it would be very difficult to find a press that would make a good impression on the cardboard without risking damage to the paper underneath. I am sure it could be done, somehow, but the cost is likely to be prohibitive.

    And that leads to the second problem, which is that you would need a fairly large printer to accomodate your cardboard album. An ordinary computer printer would not work.

    I have an alternative suggestion, however. Consider printing your dates onto a plastic sheet, and then putting the entire sheet as an overlay to the coil holder. Most ordinary computer printers will handle transparency slides, which are sold in an office supply store. The idea is to put the dates in the places they would belong had they been printed into the album in the first place. Then, all you would need to do is trim the plastic slide to fit the size of your album. You could tape, glue, or hinge the sheet so that it fits the holder. I think that would look better and be a lot easier. Besides, the plastic would serve as additional protection for you coins.

    Or, of course, you could buy a preprinted holder. Whitman and other make coin holders specifically for Canadian coins. Here is an example: http://www.whitmanbooks.com/Default.aspx?Page=102
