When making labels in Word, how can you quickly paste the label into all the others at once?

I’m running a business here and don’t have time to paste it into every single cell. Thanks!

When you open the Labels page, there is a check box for “Single Label” or “Full Page of Same Label”–check the latter.

Unfortunately, no, but here’s a fast way to do the copy-and-paste.

    1. Set up the basic label in the upper-left corner.
    2. Select it all and do a CTRL/C to copy it.
    3. Use the mouse to click in the next label, then press CTRL/V with your left hand.
    4. Repeat Step 3. You’ll quickly develop a rhythm that can fill the page surprisingly quickly.

And to empty all label cells at once, select them all with the cursor, then press the Delete key.

    Hope that helps.
