where can i find large blank mailing labels (4 1/4″ X 5 1/2″).?

I am trying to find mailing labels where there are only four labels per page. I need them on letter size paper so the labels would be 4 1/4″ X 5 1/2″. Do any companies make labels of that size. I can’t find them in stores.

    Because of the need for the perforation between the labels the closest size is Avery 5168 which is 3-1/2 x 5 with four labels per sheet. You could get the 8-1/2 x 11″ full size and just cut it into quarters if you choose.
