here is one that will do single tags in sublimation full color your deign even for 15$ probably the cheapest and easiest to order ive seen http://www.plaquemaker.com/Plates/Metal_Name_Tags.html
now if you have the tag already i would call around locally or try this woman as she might let you ship it to her as she seems reasonable and takes 2 days to ship to most places
additionally she has the rounded edge silver you want so i would just get it from her with no hassle
