Why do some cars have large barcodes on their side windows?
Why do some cars have large barcodes on their side windows?
I have noticed some vehicles have large barcodes on the rear passenger windows. They are typically placed vertically on the backseat windows. Why? To get 10 points, I would need a link to verify your answer.
Best answer:
Might be that they are rental cars and the barcodes are used to keep track of them.

I don’t have a link but there are two reasons. One is a pass to go through toll roads without having to stop(it gets scanned as you pass through. The other is that some rental car agencies use them to keep track of their cars.
