Why is plain pine-sol labeled as a disinfectent but the scented ones (lemon, sparkling wave) are not?
Do they not disinfect also?

they do its just the makers way of trying to advertise it better to sell more!
the original never has added smells so they like to tell you in the scented ones!

The active ingredient in original Pine Sol is pine oil, which is mixed with isopropyl alcohol and quaternary ammonium compounds. The scented Pine Sols lack pine oil, which is important for the original product’s disinfection properties.
