It isn’t always left out. The bottle of water on my desk lists “water” as the primary ingredient. Who knew?
It also has nutritional information printed on the bottle. But no recipes, unfortunately. I had to go into the “Cooking & Recipes” section to learn how to make ice, it’s trickier than it sounds.
