will old navy take coupons from your mobile device?
I have a coupon from an email that shows the barcode and it states a promo code. It also sas in the fine print that the cashier can enter the code manually. Has anyone used a mobile phone coupon at old navy before?

I have seen people try to use a coupon from their phone and the manager said OK, but there is no official policy on this that I’m aware of. It might depend on the type of coupon… some of them are one-time use codes, and others are generic coupon codes. I think it would be up to the manager. We are supposed to keep the redeemed coupons for a count of how many were redeemed. Most of the codes that are sent via email are meant for online use only — those will NOT be accepted as valid coupon codes in the store.
