Would a barcode still scan if it’s ripped?
I ripped a tiny portion of it. If I stick it back on, would it still scan when I bring it to the cashier for returning?

If there is a clean un-interrupted portion of the barcode it should still scan, if the tear goes through the entire barcode it won’t scan

Yes, unless you ripped the internal code off.
