xbox 360 repair process shipping part please dont ignore need help?
ok so guy told me to get a box for the no longer send boxes at xbox support and they told me i would get an email and i did and i got two from ups one as a reciept and another as a barcode slip to put on the outside of the box but the guy told me to keep the track code he gave me what do i do with the trackcode he gave me

I think you mean reference number. Write it on a piece of paper and tape it securely to the top of the console. Then write it on the outside of the box, near the label. Its also on the label. Good luck.

Write that bad boy down on top of the box in permanent marker. This allows them to send the xbox back to the right person, so WRITE IT NEATLY! Hope this helps, and sorry cuz, from personal experience, I know that going through that process really sucks. :-
