Can anyone tell me the text on the back cover of Specials by Scott Westerfeld?
I just borrowed Pretties and Specials from a library, and I have a habit of reading the preview text on the back. Problem is, on Specials, a good amount of the text is covered by the Library’s barcode. Can anyone tell me what the text says?

CD/DVD cover label creator for mac?
hey
im looking for something FOR MAC that lets you create like paper covers to slip in jewel cd cases. ( i especially love the kind of interface that is drag picture into template and then print.) I would lovee free but if its paid thats alright just give me a list of good ones to get.

How do I remove Gold Embossed printing from a book cover?
I have four church register books that keep legal records of Marriages, etc. that contain the former name of our church. I had the name Gold Embossed on them and now would like to remove it to have it re-done. I’ve considered covering them with permanant inventory labels but removing them would be much neater. Any suggestions? I do not want any damage to the books.

Has anyone seen an edition of the Final Fantasy IX Soundtrack with cover art by Yoshitaka Amano?
I work at a music store, someone came in and sold the soundtrack to us. The background is white with artwork by Yoshitaka Amano on the front and the back, none of the characters are depicted. On the back are two moogles, I can’t really tell what the image on the front is. It says “Final Fantasy IX Original Soundtrack”, it was released on Miya Records. The barcode is 4719314017791. There is unfortunately no booklet inside. I have been searching for any information about it and all I have found by searching the barcode # is it was made in Taiwan and is a “soundtrack UK import” according to another barcode database. I’m SO curious about this, anyone ever see this edition??

Microsoft Word: How to make mailing labels cover more than one page?
I have created a document with 30 labels (mailing labels) and the little “boxes” to type in will only go as far as one page… I need to cover 3-4 pages with the labels and I have to turn it into my boss so I’d hate to send her 4 different documents. Can anyone tell me the steps to take in order to have the labels cover multiple pages? Please be clear with your instructions- I’m still learning :) Thank you so much!

Where is the barcode located on a magazine cover?
I have to make an authentic-looking magazine cover for school and I need to know if there is a barcode on the front of a magazine, and where it’s usually located.

Yes, there is usually a barcode on the front of magazines that are for sell in stores. It is usually located in the bottom right-hand corner. However, if you subscribe to a magazine there usually isn’t a barcode; instead in the place of the barcode is your address label.

a cover for a google g1 and is it good?
im thinking of getting a g1 tomorrow and does anyone know if the stuff like the bar code scanner work good or is it cheap? also i do not like the flat black so is there a cover for them thts chrome or shiny black? how much? thx!

i can tell u first hand that the g1 is probably one of the best phones on the market at the moment. I think it is as good as the iPhone if not better thanks to Android.
To answer ur question about the bar code scanner, there are a few apps with bar code scanners but the one i use is an app called ‘Shop Savvy’ and it is amazing. You can scan almost any item, have the bar code read and it will search the internet in seconds telling you the cheapest place to buy it online and locally and even reviews on the product you just scanned!
I have it in black too and have seen pictures of people modding them in different colors like red, blue, yellow, orange and more. But you can buy covers for them like plastic or silicon ones. best bet is Amazon or eBay for best price.
