making bar codes is easy good printer and a program. I used one called delta cad.
as for reading get a bar code reader like:

its usb so should work with most systems.

What it is some cool radio equipment to ask for … for Christmas?
I am asking for a Icom ham radio….. I have a grundig shortwave radio, two handheld scanners, and a base scanner. So far I have asked for a grundig handeld shortwave radio and a scanner antenna
What suggestions do you have for me?
I am set up to take my technician class test in January but I need to ask for the radio for Christmas since I cant afford it myself

I suggest you get your license before getting a ham radio.
Transmitting on the ham bands without a valid license is a federal offense.
You will get caught and the fines are severe.

RFP’s tend to be proprietary information and are usually confidential unless they are the winning bid, so it’s unlikely that anyone is going to volunteer to share them. It’s also common for there to be a nondisclosure clause in the RFP… so even if someone wanted to share, they may not be able to. Your best shot is going to be searching online for “RFP Templates” or checking with the company/agency you wish to submit a bid to, to see if they have samples of some of the successful ones for you to view. Confidentiality rules are very tricky at this level so it’s best to look at what others have already chosen to make public.
