This is a stupid question about paying bills?
You know when you get a bill and they give you an envelope to use when returning your payment, does it matter if you do not use the envelope? My car insurance is due in a couple days and I can’t find the envelope they provided to me. Will it be okay if I just use a regular envelope or is there a special barcode on it that gets it to the right department easier (I don’t want this to be late). Thanks for any help!
Best answer:
The barcode on the bill envelope does help, but you can use another envelope. Just be sure you send it to the address that receives payments. If you are not sure, you can usually call and get automated address information.

Barcode Question?
Okay, so my mother and I both go to the to Dicks sporting goods, but I am the only one with the rewards card. I am asking can I just take the barcode on the back of the card and copie that give it to her and have it work?
Best answer:
Most stores also enter the last 4 digits of the card number from the embossing to make sure the bar code and face of the card match. They wouldn’t be able to do that. Even if they do not do that, if your mom walked in with the back of the card, they clerk would confiscate it because they would assume she had “skimmed” it from a stolen card.
Ask the store for a second card.

Question about redbox movie rentals.?
Am I a genius or an idiot? With the redbox movies there is a barcode sticker in the center of each dvd. Is it just me or do you think you could get away with peeling the sticker off the dvd, put it on a blank c.d. and slide it back into the machine and be able to keep the dvd? It’s messed up I know, I wouldn’t do it, but I’m thinking it’s pretty creative as a thought?
